- TTTayOct 10, 20251.0I've had truly bad experiences with Wells Fargo and at this location in particular. Some of the issues you may have to deal with at this branch: - An associate banker who cannot close an standard account if you're there in-person - A bank manager who can't access basic account information - Policies that freeze your funds for weeks and no one has the ability to do anything about it Wells Fargo has never had a great reputation and their branches and employees are the reason why. I understand that sometimes issues or procedures are outside of their control, I really do. But the staff here are apathetic to your concerns and appear unmotivated to help in any way or even just connect you to someone else who could help. A bank literally controls your livelihood and the money that keeps you off the street. You should at least be able to trust/rely on them for basic account support or information. I'm closing my accounts here and moving to another bank; I will do so over the phone, since the staff in-person aren't able to do it!

- RORuben ObregonAug 9, 20251.0Manager Hada Sorto never available. Teller cannot do a simple 1k withdrawal. I provided ID, one time code and access to online banking. Teller with glasses and beard pushed to get a debit card and go outside to do withdrawal. I was denied access to withdraw from my account after all verification. When asked for Manager info, he throw the card and ask like he didn’t care. Complete disappointment of branch. Debit card is a choice, i felt discriminated and taken advantage of. He didn’t know my background at all. Please WellsFargo take care of it. I expect a call from Manager.
