The customer service at the Silver Spring branch is consistently poor, and the phone support is equally unhelpful. I can never get clear, accurate information, as no one seems to know what they’re doing. In just a few months as a customer, the experience has been frustrating and exhausting. I’m thankful I didn’t transfer my business account here. It’s time to move on and find a bank that values its customers.
