Every time I go into the bank, I feel welcomed with being greeted each time I walk into the bank. When walking out of the bank I always feel they helped me with all my issues.

Truist is by far one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service at the Silver Spring branch is consistently poor, and the phone support is equally unhelpful. I can never get clear, accurate information, as no one seems to know what they’re doing. In just a few months as a customer, the experience has been frustrating and exhausting. I’m thankful I didn’t transfer my business account here. It’s time to move on and find a bank that values its customers.

The gentleman that I had was so funny and absolutely professional. He handled my situation well even though my job was being very rude
