Truest is the best bank I've ever dealt with. There was an issue of consumer reports many years ago that said they were the best bank in the United States. I agree. They take their time to make sure your transaction is accurate.

Dear God... The wait time during lunch time is appalling. As long as I can do mobile deposits, I will refuse to do business with this branch. Yikes all ready. Can't get back the time I lost.

I have been having the worst banking experience with suntrust especially the Hillandale, MD branch. Nobody could address my issues when my bank account got closed inexplicably and when i complained about it there wad nothing anybody could do. Not even a time frame info. Basically it was lime they told me go home we cant help you. Their manager is the rudest and does not give the same information all the time, she would change her mouth on a drop of a dime.
