This is an absolutely awful branch. Worst customer service ever. Terribly unprofessional. Tried to have my wife added to a joint account. No one knows how to accomplish this. We had to go back three times to get his done... and it still can't get done! staff is on personal calls and doesn't respond to customers until their non-business call is done. Completely rude. will never step foot in this branch again. The branch manager could care less. Take your money and time elsewhere.

I have been having the worst banking experience with suntrust especially the Hillandale, MD branch. Nobody could address my issues when my bank account got closed inexplicably and when i complained about it there wad nothing anybody could do. Not even a time frame info. Basically it was lime they told me go home we cant help you. Their manager is the rudest and does not give the same information all the time, she would change her mouth on a drop of a dime.
