I just opened a account and wont be keeping it ! wil close my account !! If you have a truist account ? Dont come to this location !! Reason why its at 2.7 rating !! Sorry truist !! Standing for 15 min while 5 employees carting and manicure . They even ask me to wait and continue chatting . Teller cannot even do a deposit right . It is like we are here to serve them instead if the other way around . Branch leader says on the door but there is no leadership there . Just a bunch of mediocres push papers with real lack of customer service. I am tired to “ make it work “ just because take some work to open an account on another bank and get all set up again , but things have a limit . Please just open an ACCOUNT ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I would rate them NO STARS if it was posible .
