- JJJanet JohnsonFeb 23, 20221.0February 22 I went to this Suntrust location because my Money Market and savings were not visible or accessible online or in the app. 2 hours and nothing accomplished, so this morning I went back. It took nearly 2 hours to close the accounts and get my checks printed-Ms Sally assumed that everyone is retired and has all day to devote to the bank. Terrible service. Sally worked the drive up, talked to pet customers, and clearly had no interest in resolving the problems that had transpired-now I will soon also move my checking account. And I will end a 30 year relationship with a bank that now no longer cares about their customers at all.
