The only reason we maintain a safe deposit box at this location is due to its proximity to our home. On multiple occasions, we've faced issues with the staff. For example, during a recent visit to access our safe deposit box, I was informed that no staff member was available who could access the vault, and I was advised to return at another time. This lack of preparedness and service is concerning. This is a joke for a bank.
