Grecia was nice and handled our deposit transaction quickly. We then needed to make an account name change with the personal banker, so we sat and waited for him (guy at the first desk) for almost 25min until we could hear the banker on the phone asking the teller to come out and tell us the bank was closed and we needed an appointment to return. The situation made us uncomfortable so we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Rosé De Mars. She is such a kind and professional lady that clearly explained all the details of opening an account to me. I love her smile. Kudos for her and her great service!

They need to hire people with basic reading and writing skills. Opened checking account for a safe deposit. And the lady Sara got the spelling of my name wrong even after I gave her my physical ID to replicate it. I corrected her (3) times and filled out the info correction for her thrice. She still got it wrong. And a debit card with the wrong spelling is delivered. Tried to get online access but it wouldn't go thru saying "information provided not matching". Which means she messed up my other info in the system. It's been over 3 weeks now. I called her and left voice messages to fix it. Still no access or corrected info. Absolutely worse!!
