- DDDanSep 11, 20231.0I was traveling from California to do an engineering job in MD and went to the drive thru to cash a check from a company. I have never had issues at other Truist branches but the ladies there who seem to have an I should be retired already attitude made me get off my car to go inside because “They needed more information” I went in and a lady started an interrogation asking why I had a Californian ID (Not even happens at airports or with law enforcement) I felt she was race profiling even though I do not have the thick accent she does. I don’t have time for such ignorance so I asked her to give me back my check and ID and went to the Branch in College Park. I had no problems at all there and they have an excellent customer service.
