- STSimon TesfaiSep 11, 20251.0Been banking at Capital One for years including business banking with 4 credit cards in total and had the worst experience there recently with teller Gabriel. He refused to get me my funds until I wrote down my own account number on my withdrawal slip. I told him I don’t have that info. He said it’s policy I cannot write your account info for you and don’t worry I have it and I can tell you what it is. I asked “so you’re going to spend time to tell me all that , read off my account number to me , have me write it off then pass it back to you ? “ I asked him so if I couldn’t write , like if my hand is injured , then what? He says , “well you look able so that’s not the position we’re in today .” He doesn’t know if I’m disable , injured , unable or what which is refusing to give service and can be discriminatory. With an attitude and bad demeanor the whole time. I also am a banker and know that’s not a policy. Looking to avoid this branch because of it.
