- DMDr. Kourosh MehrabianMay 11, 20231.0response to bank's reply may 17-2023: The reply seems to be not genuine and only to target public opinion. the problem is deep in the bank. it can not be the employees alone. after 6 months of working on a simple loan with more than enough financial power and resources in my portfolio plus your bank giving me a solid approval( not pre approval) you withdrawing from settelment in last minute puts doubt in mind of every businessman and woman trying to do a loan with you. that you can simply withdraw from your commitment last minute. they have hired a new female underwritter which is troublesome. i was lucky to find another banker that could do a commercial loan in three weeks. some staff being rude are just a prelude of bigger issues at the core of the bank. original review: what a horrible bank. talked to they used to be great but over the few years horrible customer service, rude unhelpfull people and unexperieced staff. also tried to do a commercial loan with them two nights before the closing after having an approval they said they cant do the loan. was able to do it with another bank in 3 weeks something they could not do in 6 monhts. am working to move away from them.
