- RCRachel ColeSep 13, 20211.0After I drove 30 min to this branch to use their ATM because the ATM at the Pasadena branch was down my card got stuck in the ATM machine. I had payments to make so I didn’t cancel card, I knew exactly where it was. A while later I get a call from the bank to come pick up the card or they can shred it. I am a single mom and work 8:30-5 and can’t take an hour off to go pick it up. I asked if they could mail it they said no. I asked if I could send someone with my ID to pick it up they said no. I tried to find a way to work it out with them but they had no ideas of their own accept for me to order a new card and call all the places where auto payment were being taken out and updating the new card info with them. So basically I spend even more of my time fixing a problem that shouldn’t even be a problem! Time is all we have my friend and the fact I waist so much trying to bank with them is frustrating. I am going to take off the hour needed and I am going to close my account with them and sign with another bank. One that cares about their customers and good customer service.
