I was told I need to speak to Billy because he handles the kind of trust account that I have. They never gave me his information. I called, because I realized they never gave me Billy's number when I was there. She said Billy isn't in the office right now, he would call me back. Never heard from him. So I called yesterday asking if Billy was there and the guy I talked to told me that there isn't anyone named Billy working there. He put me on hold to figure out what's going on, when he came back he never told me why people were telling me about a Billy if he isn't even there. No apologies or anything. I just don't understand why I'm being lied to. Do not do your banking here, they will lie to you to get you out the door or off the phone!
