I Needed a print out of my statements of the year 2016 and I didn’t know if It was going to be possible, since I don’t have a Wells Fargo account anymore. He helped me get those papers which are proof of a case I m fighting. I walked in and Comlan welcomed me and assisted me right away with such a kind and willing- to-help manner . He saw I was sad and asked me how he could help . He helped me get what I needed . Extremely grateful

They tried hard, but this might account for some previous bad reviews. The team in place now has been phenomenal. Great customer service - always with a smile.

- ANAleksey NazarovAug 2, 20132.0Agree with David that the bank has been deteriorating ever since First Union got acquired by Wachovia in 2001 and got to the rip off level with Wells Fargo acquisition. Closed three out of my four accounts already. Moved my money to a smaller local bank. Today stopped by this branch and they would not honor the "free" cashier's check policy. Why? My wife has the premium account, and my only remaining "joint" account does not. They asked me to bring my wife in to save twenty bucks. No thanks. Money Order at USPS across the street is only $1.60 a piece.
