I had a check from an investment corporation that issued a check for me, but this branch refused to cash it. They claimed that I’m not a Wells Fargo member and that the amount on the check can’t be fulfilled because of cash delinquency at the branch and their shipment of cash hasn’t arrived yet. What kind of bank is this? I remember now why I closed my account with Wells Fargo eight years ago. It’s the bad customer service and the attitude and lies they keep giving to clients so they don’t do their job. My advice is to never deal with Wells Fargo.

Spoke to a young lady who is the manager but she had an attitude of no appointment no service. I have had my business account with WF since 2013 - its time to find a bank who understands what customer service means!!!!
