She went above and beyond to help me get the statement that I am required to provide due to my divorce. My account was closed years ago during the Suntrust/ BBT merger. I went to several different Truist banks and Berta was the only person who was able to find my account and get me the statements I desperately needed. Berta truly cares about her clients- both past and present. Berta is an example of what GREAT customer service and professionalism is, if Truist had more employees like Berta I never would have left Truist.
