    I believe I was racially profiled by Allen, a bank representative at this branch. When I raised my concerns, the Branch Manager, Andree Gohoungo-Regis, supported Allen’s actions rather than addressing the matter impartially. Following my complaint, I was denied service, including the ability to deposit or cash my payroll check, which I believe was retaliatory in nature. I have been a member who has regularly cashed payroll checks at this location without issue. On the day of this incident, I felt I was treated differently based on my appearance and mannerisms. Ms. Gohoungo-Regis evaluated me in a dismissive and unprofessional way before declining to assist me, despite my established banking history at this branch. This experience has raised serious concerns regarding the customer service standards and complaint-handling practices at this location. I strongly encourage a formal review of the service procedures and managerial conduct at this branch, particularly as it relates to fairness, professionalism, and retaliation following customer grievances. Until this matter is properly investigated I will tell all my coworkers, friends and family along with my social media following to avoid this branch because of this specific manager She is a direct reflection of why there’s so many negative reviews on this Branch

    I can't express how greatful I am for Berta and the great customer service she provided. She went above and beyond to help me get the statement that I am required to provide due to my divorce. My account was closed years ago during the Suntrust/ BBT merger. I went to several different Truist banks and Berta was the only person who was able to find my account and get me the statements I desperately needed. Berta truly cares about her clients- both past and present. Berta is an example of what GREAT customer service and professionalism is, if Truist had more employees like Berta I never would have left Truist.

    Had a five star smooth experience with branch manager Andree Gohoungo-Regis, who helped with wire transfer and was professional, personable, and patient with me through the whole process! She is tremendous. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    This was one of the most frustrating and incompetent experiences I have ever had. The staff insisted on multiple forms of identification despite my already providing a valid driver’s license and then refused to allow me to withdraw my own funds. Their lack of knowledge and professionalism—especially from the branch manager—is absolutely unacceptable!! Don’t go here! They all need to be fired or get suitable training!
