    I went to deposit cash to my checking account and they ask me ID. That is horrible to give them money I have to show ID. It’s time to look another bank after been them for long time

    This was my favorite branch until they recently changed staff. The short white lady, in particular, is extremely rude; She tries to outsmart customers, and she likes to have the last word. Even though I live right across the street, I will no longer be going to this location for service.

    I just had the most unpleasant experience at the TD Bank on Rockville Pike! This was my 1st time going to this particular location. The Assistant Store Manager, Solida Heng, is beyond unreasonable, and her customer service skills are subpar. She denied me my request for a cashiers check, because she claimed my signature, which I wrote down 3 separate times, did not match what they had "on file". Mind you, I had already given her my MD driver's license, and, TD debit card. When I requested a Manager, she said the Store Manager was not present, then proceeded to give me the number to a Manager(Channing) at a Bethesda location. Upon speaking to Channing for literally 30 seconds, he "immediately" approved for my transaction to be processed..forcing Solida Heng to actually do her job! I will never return to this location. I've had accounts with TD since 2012, and frequented the downtown Silver Spring, and Briggs Chaney locations, with no issue..EVER! It's shame that a loyal customer would be treated so poorly!!
