We've requested a refund multiple times, and they are refusing to return the funds. This isn’t an isolated incident. According to the Better Business Bureau, FNB has a recurring pattern of similar complaints from other customers, many of whom cite unjustified fees and poor customer service. Beware before banking here—especially if you expect transparency, integrity, or accountability.

I'm always greeted by julia(maybe Julie ?) who is just as loud and abrasive as it gets. ATMs down, systems down, anytime I've actually done something successfully here it has never been completed in less than 30 minutes. I'm just so turned off to the entire bank at this point. Wells and navy fed have been exponentially better
