    I recently visited this Citibank branch for several banking matters and had an outstanding experience. I want to give special appreciation to the branch manager. She is extremely professional, patient, and truly dedicated to helping customers. She took the time to clearly explain different account options and walked me through each step so I always felt informed and confident.She greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude, never rushed me, and paid attention to every detail. Any questions I had were answered with patience and helpful guidance. It is rare to find a bank manager who shows such genuine care and expertise, and it really made a difference.The rest of the team here is also fantastic. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and willing to help. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The branch is clean, organized, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciate the manager and the entire team for providing such exceptional service.

    Mira is the best! We had a problem at another branch and she took care of us immediately. She was super professional, courteous and kind. If you bank with Citibank in the area, this is the best branch to go to.

    Poor communication and service. I was told by branch manager that it was inappropriate to be standing in her office. She has high anxiety and excitement when demanding for me to sit down. And shushing me while speaking to an associate. I was called in for paperwork only yo be waiting while they hesitate and confuse over what they’re supposed to be doing. Being asked the same questions repeatedly. Overall, waste of time and disturbing.
