  I called this branch more than 10 times over several weeks to make an appointment, but they never answered the phone. I finally secured an appointment with help from the Citi customer service team. When I arrived, they complained about why I hadn't made an appointment. When I informed them that I had, in fact, made one, they said nothing. My appointment was to open a new account, but no banker was available. A teller attempted to assist me instead, spending more than two hours writing applications several times and repeatedly copying my ID. Despite their efforts, they failed to open the account. They cited a system error and asked me to return on the next business day. When I inquired about the cause of the error and how it might be fixed, they merely repeated that it was a system error. They didn't know how to resolve the issue but still requested that I return another day, which I would never consider doing. One teller spoke to me in a non-English language (I believe it was Chinese), which was an embarrassing experience at a U.S. bank. They even questioned why I was trying to open Citi bank accounts if I already had accounts with other banks. They are correct; I would not use Citi bank. I have visited many banks, and this branch was undoubtedly the worst: lacking knowledge and exhibiting poor communication skills. I recommend avoiding this branch as much as possible.

  Terrible service. The clerks there lying all the time. When you open the account, they told me I can close the account via phone. Then I called the number to close my account. A month later, I found out the account was still opened because it charges me a monthly service fee. Then I went to branch and they told me I can't close account on phone. Hahahah I wish no one will open a new account there.
