- AGAlejandro GarcíaSep 25, 20251.0Que mala atención tiene ahora Capital One, yo soy cliente desde 2021 con ellos no he tenido cuentas en ningún otro banco porque me gustaba el servicio, ahora me han enviado una nueva tarjeta Discovery y me han anulado la Mastercard, resulta que no en todos los establecimientos aceptan Discovery y cuando les llamo para que me den una opción me dicen que me dan dos opciones, que la primera me espere a que actualicen toda la red de comercios y la otra que pues busque otro proveedor de servicios, es en serio que alguien de atención al cliente te de una de esas respuestas? Discúlpame yo trabajo en Marriott International y recibo pago todos los miércoles por medio de Capital One pero me queda claro que mi dinero no me lo seguirá custodiando este pésimo banco, te imaginas que yo le diga a mi cliente “Oh sabes hay dos opciones o te esperas a que lo tengamos o te vas para Hilton?” 🤬😡

I asked the guy if anyone was available he said they will call you when ready. Tellers are suppose to be express and support for the customers. Get it together

Apparently, Capital One had an old address from a past account that I opened for my children, so the bank representative, Caroline, was able to make the correction and assist me in updating my information. As for the staffing concerns, I was there at 10 am and there were five people behind the counter and another two people meeting with customers on the floor. Perhaps management took to heart the comments made regarding the shortage of staff so customers don't have to wait too long.
