  Que mala atención tiene ahora Capital One, yo soy cliente desde 2021 con ellos no he tenido cuentas en ningún otro banco porque me gustaba el servicio, ahora me han enviado una nueva tarjeta Discovery y me han anulado la Mastercard, resulta que no en todos los establecimientos aceptan Discovery y cuando les llamo para que me den una opción me dicen que me dan dos opciones, que la primera me espere a que actualicen toda la red de comercios y la otra que pues busque otro proveedor de servicios, es en serio que alguien de atención al cliente te de una de esas respuestas? Discúlpame yo trabajo en Marriott International y recibo pago todos los miércoles por medio de Capital One pero me queda claro que mi dinero no me lo seguirá custodiando este pésimo banco, te imaginas que yo le diga a mi cliente “Oh sabes hay dos opciones o te esperas a que lo tengamos o te vas para Hilton?” 🤬😡

  Stood there in line for almost 3 minutes while the tellers weren't busy waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I asked the guy if anyone was available he said they will call you when ready. Tellers are suppose to be express and support for the customers. Get it together

  Useless. We've been customers of Capital One for years, and this is our closest branch. We've gone in for services a few times over the past several months, and all they ever say is"we can't do that here." First, we needed to change some currency for an overseas trip. They told us "We can't do that. You should try the kiosk in the mall." Recently, I needed a signature witnessed for my job. The teller took ten minutes looking at my papers, asked me where they should sign to witness my signature, and then shrugged and told me: "The notary isn't here." I explained that I only needed someone to witness my signature, not a notary. The answer: "We can't do that here." I went a few miles down the road to another branch - explained the situation the same way, no problem. That's where we'll go from now on. This branch might as well just be the ATM.
