- DRDariela ReyesFeb 14, 20231.0I went there with my sister in law to help her opening a checking account since she don’t speak English she already have a capital one credit card we open it online so we go in i ask for help a guy come out and I told him what we need and he say ok have a seat and wait when he comes back I told him she doesn’t speak English can she have a translator or can I translate he said oh let me ask when he come back he said no we can’t open an account for someone who doesn’t speak English I couldn’t believe cuz this is totally new for me I told him do you have someone that speaks Spanish to help her he said nooooo you have to speak English
