- CSCamila SalazarMar 1, 20253.0I had some fraudulent activity on my card on the 22nd of February. I called the bank right away to dispute the charges and get a new card. I talked to Emmanuel on the phone. He told me a new card will come in 7 business days. I asked if I could get it sooner and he said “we can do 3 business days, but that’ll be $32 for an expedited charge”. I agreed. I call back today because it’s been past 5 days. I was misinformed about being able to get a card in 3 business days when it’s actually 5 for an expedited charge. I call customer service and they told me that Emmanuel did not do absolutely anything for me to get a new card. Nothing went thru which is absolutely upsetting. Customer service line helped me a ton and now I gotta wait till this week to get my new card. Thank you to the customer service specialist Jessica for helping me out.
