- JJjmkbrillig40Oct 22, 20251.0The recent transfer from Sandy Spring to Atlantic Union is a disaster. Customer service online "help" is condescending and unhelpful, gaslighting me. I cannot access my accounts the same way--they have cut me off from transferring funds from MY own account. I also cannot transfer funds to my kid's account either. Looking for a new bank immediately. This has caused a lot of problems in my family and we didn't need this stress!
