- MSMissy Smith4 days ago1.0Very poor customer service. I am a senior and I have been with Wells for many years, and I have never been so embarrassed in my life. It was bad enough that I was short on an upcoming bill by $5.00 and I did not have paper money, so I had 5 dollars worth of quarters and they would not take them. I had to go the grocery store to get a five dollar bill to put through the ATM machine. I will never go there again, and I am seriously considering changing banks.

SHE HAD ME CONFUSED LIKE WHAT DID I DO TO HER, NOT TO MENTION DIS HAPPENED TO ME ON CHRISTMAS EVE 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

Each time they refused to open an account for him because it was "too late" (more than an hour before closing time) or "too busy" (he would have waited). Not only is this bad business practice, it's insulting. *Avoid at all costs.* The Truist bank and the Capital One bank a little ways up 410 by the mall both have much better customer service, as does the Bank of America at the intersection of 410 and Kenilworth Ave.
