I have been a customer at the Rising Sun branch for 9 months and could not be happier with the service I get each time I go into the bank. I set up my business accounts here as well so I'm in there several times a week and have nothing but great things to say about everyone I've encountered there. Alexis McKinney has been very helpful with information on business loans that are available and always takes the time to answer all my questions.

. My Husband & I were Blahantly discriminated against. The teller Samantha refused to give us our money she claimed that the money wasn't availiable in her system even after I called the Phone 24 system and let her listen to the availiable balance she said her system and the phone 24 system had notning to do with each other and that she didn't know anything about the phone system. She had both my husband and I DL as well as both of our bank cards we stood at that counter for 30 min or more she made 3 phone calls went back to her computer and said " It's disturbing that you want to withdraw this much money and it also raises red flags" We told her the money was from the sale of our home in fla and that we were trying to buy furniture and other needed items for our new home( We weren't trying to withdraw the full amount just under 10k) She said that she couldn't give us the money, we ask if she could give us at least half she said no. Not only did she discriminate against us She violated out privacy right by Speaking so loudly that the 5 or more other customers in line behind us heard the entire conversation I did politely ask her to lower her voice which she did not. We habe been members of tBB&t for over 10 years. This still bothers me .Yes I did report thist to cooperate. People like this has no business working in public! We decided to go to another location ( Oxford Pa) The Teller was very polite gave us the funds we requested. IF YOU ARE PEOPLE OF COLOR PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS BRANCH!
