I made an appointment to get a document notarized. I specifically put a note on the appointment comments the reason for my visit. When I arrived, I was told there was no notary there. I was instructed to visit another branch. Fortunately, I had enough time to go to the Owings Mills Blvd branch and thankfully, the notary was there when I arrived. I am disappointed in the Reisterstown branch for not notifying me beforehand that a notary was not going to be present for the scheduled appointment.

Ridiculous wait time. Russian lady teller rude. Black lady at customer service discussing her personal business with client, "just got out of relationship, wants to vacay in floriduh, key west"...duh, guess she hasn't heard NAACP floriduh travel warning...smh. Meanwhile, I am waiting, finally left, looking for another bank, not branch, bank. Edited to add, everytime I have gone there, they never open on time. Using CP time...?

Absolutely horrible. The wait time is ridiculous for even small things. If you come here expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. I would go to a different location
