I have banked at this location for many years. My experience with staff has always been friendly, patient, and professional. The tellers greet you with a smile, and are courteous always ensuring that your experience with them is a pleasant one.

I made an appointment to get a document notarized. I specifically put a note on the appointment comments the reason for my visit. When I arrived, I was told there was no notary there. I was instructed to visit another branch. Fortunately, I had enough time to go to the Owings Mills Blvd branch and thankfully, the notary was there when I arrived. I am disappointed in the Reisterstown branch for not notifying me beforehand that a notary was not going to be present for the scheduled appointment.

Terrible experience..one guy(African first name) couldn't figure out how to open a new account and transfer my money market account to it..I ask him if the lady(Russian accent and old) think her name was tetiana could do it and she basically pretended like she could but didn't want to..this is my first bad experience there but they were a horrible team especially since the man told me he had just finished training..stood there just for both of them to either not complete my transaction or pretend like they didn't want to..horrible customer service and I see why this bank has 2 stars
