When I arrived, I was told there was no notary there. I was instructed to visit another branch. Fortunately, I had enough time to go to the Owings Mills Blvd branch and thankfully, the notary was there when I arrived. I am disappointed in the Reisterstown branch for not notifying me beforehand that a notary was not going to be present for the scheduled appointment.
- JNJordan NicholsonSep 19, 20241.0Terrible experience..one guy(African first name) couldn't figure out how to open a new account and transfer my money market account to it..I ask him if the lady(Russian accent and old) think her name was tetiana could do it and she basically pretended like she could but didn't want to..this is my first bad experience there but they were a horrible team especially since the man told me he had just finished training..stood there just for both of them to either not complete my transaction or pretend like they didn't want to..horrible customer service and I see why this bank has 2 stars
