With only 3 customers in the bank, I sat in the lobby, waiting for a banker to help me. I sat for 30 minutes with no updates or feedback. Since there were no customers I finally inquired about when someone would help me. The response was they didn’t know how long it would be, even though here were no other customers. It took less than 30 minutes for me to drive to another branch. They so wasted my time, and had the nerve to have a plaque of Henry Wells on the wall with his motto on GREAT customer service. The only reason I’m giving a 3 and not a 1 is because the tellers were very nice and tried to help me. They kept calling to see when.
