- JDJeremy DowDec 7, 20211.0This bank use to be great but now that it is Truist and there is new management/employees it has gone down hill. Very poor customer service. Manager not even at the branch during regular business hours and won't get on the phone to handle customer issues because she is "working from home". I have been at this bank for years with personal and business accounts but I have now closed all of my accounts and will not use this bank anymore. I usually like local banks better, gave this one a try and it was good for a while but not anymore. Would give it 0 stars if I could! This bank doesn't care about thier customers.
