    The employees park their cars taking up 2 spaces each making it difficult to find decent parking. Shows they don’t care about their customers. Will be looking for a new bank.

    They will not return calls..there sending me out a new debit card, won't receive it for 7-10 business day..until then, my card is declined..my money in the bank is not accessible..creditors are not being paid due to Truist poor banking management..I will be closing my account!!

    Total waste of time dealing with them , they won’t call you back when you leave messages and going into the bank isn’t any better after 34yrs of banking there , i told them i’m leaving and they said have a good day, i will when i’m done with Triust

    I Try my best to look for the good but I just can not. The service and understanding here is awful. If you can use another branch I would.

    Fast paced, especially with all tellers open and all around great atmosphere when I go in there... Always smiling and laughing with the customers. I couldn't ask for any more than what I already see from them!!!!.... Thank you SunTrust Prince Frederick!!❤❤❤
