First time business owner here, so I needed guidance. But when the rep asked me whether I wanted a debit card I said no, not realizing that that action would prevent me from activating my account. (So why didn’t he tell me that??). He also opened up an account that charges a monthly $24 service analysis fee no matter what balance when he could have registered me with a streamlined account that waives the fee with a minimum balance. So when I switched my account I made an appointment only to wait 40 minutes for my turn. I have this feeling something else will be wrong with my account. But if that’s the case, I’ll go to a different branch.
