  Rainwater CPA has been exactly what I needed to navigate a very difficult and complex tax situation. As an entrepreneur with multiple income streams, it was hard to find someone who truly understood all the nuances and moving parts — but this team absolutely does. James, the founder, is an amazing guy and clearly sets the tone for the firm. I also had great interactions with Stuart Fletcher, but I worked most closely with Janice Park, who has been an absolute all-star. She’s consistently professional, incredibly sharp, and always kept me informed without overwhelming me. They’ve made the entire process simple and stress-free, allowing me to focus on growing my business instead of worrying about tax strategies and compliance. I highly recommend Rainwater CPA, and if you can, ask for Janice as your point person.

  Pay a membership of $200 per week and receive conflicting tax strategy guidance (they contradict themselves constantly) and no responses to questions. Highly unorganized. I have been waiting on someone to get back to me for 16 days. Autopay on the membership kicks in on time from my account though in a VERY timely manner. No number to call. Awful service.

Their advice has been spot on, and they’ve found multiple ways to save me over $20,000 a year, if not more.   I connected with Jake Chalawich of Rainwater CPA and after a short conversation I told him I was interested in discussing the structure of my various companies. He asked me to give them Admin access to my QuickBooks and share all financial records. I was uncomfortable doing that until I better understood if they could help me. Jake got very aggressive and told me if they could not have access to all of my systems they could not help me. I felt like he was attacking me and not someone that I would ever do business with. I found this company through a simple Facebook ad and am sure disappointed that I ever clicked that ad. I am glad I learned the type of company they are before investing any more of my time or money with them. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
