They’re doing an investigation when it was their fault. This is twice they’ve done this don’t go to them. They are the worst Bank ever.

Ashley and Amanda have been a wonderful help and always go out of their way to help when needed. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.

- KKKathyNov 25, 20201.0I do not like their loan service. They do not send monthly bills home like other banks. Instead they give out the whole year coupon for you and it is your responsibility to remember to pay. Ofcourse, I know that it is our responsible,but I would like to see what goes toward my principle and remaining balance. They never show that when I pay. Only the end of the year they send home the remaining balance. Even tax they do it separately, I prefer it include with the escrow. They ask to resubmit the insurance too even with 1 year. It is rediculous. It is not even a jumbo loan either. It just small amount of mortgage loan and they make it so difficult. I dont recommend for anyone to loan with this bank.
