Ashley and Amanda have been a wonderful help and always go out of their way to help when needed. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
- JLJay LatheApr 23, 20244.0Don’t get me wrong everything about this branch is amazing, the people and convenience of how many branches are around, however, as I did open a new account, if I knew it would take a week and a half to have my payroll check to clear when I deposited to open the account….i would have paid somewhere to cash it and deposited money. This is the only thing that makes me unhappy, cause now my bills are late and I’m having to pay late fees……

He came across very polite and was actually very informative on how to handle certain financial situations. I highly recommend him!! He helped me with a lot and I’m sure he could do the same for you! If you need somebody to talk to regarding anything with Truist, he’ll be the guy you need to go to.

My Husband almost died, he lost his job, I'm so tired of this place trying their best NOT to help us when President Obama said banks are suppose to try to help people save their homes! My property is worth thousands less than we owe, i can't keep paying attorneys, what the heck is happening in this country? We have given BB& T ALL OF OUR 401K and they don't care about any of this! Instead of trying to take our home, you should be trying to help us save our home! I met a woman at a Women in Construction class I took through AAWDC and she said BB& T was always there for us... Not in our case. Why can't you help us? We didn't plan this we didn't try to loose our home!
