- PBPatria B.Oct 15, 20251.0I think it is ridiculous to charge a young adult $10 to cash his paycheck from a Wells Fargo account because the young adult doesn't have an account there. His EMPLOYER has an account there and the paycheck is from the EMPLOYER'S account. Wells Fargo is taking his little bit of income. I will encourage him to do direct deposit to his bank or his credit union. Not customer service friendly and certainly doesn't encourage me to want to bank with Wells Fargo.

However, all I needed was $5 in quarters for my work laundry(after being told no by 5 other business due to the shortage) and couldn’t wait in the drive through due to the time shortage for my next job. I called 4 times all the while the people inside kept letting it ring. Eventually had to leave without getting my change. While other people were able to walk right in after pulling up after me. This sucks because no matter what I need, this location is never available to do so. Better to drive out 25 minutes to Westminster or somewhere else from now on despite being in this town more.
- WMWhite MannJul 6, 20201.0What the ........ Normally go the the branch in Randallstown which is "temporarily closed". Needed to do a fast transaction so checked on-line and this branch in Garrison was listed as the closest open location. Went to the drive-through (arrived at around 11.00 AM) and there was a line in each bay wrapped around the building. Then drove to the one in Reisterstown and the line was even worse. I am done dealing with this bank. Also tried to call both locations from my cell phone and after hanging on for at least 10 minutes NO ONE answered. Will close my accounts and go elsewhere.
