- PBPatria B.Oct 15, 20251.0I think it is ridiculous to charge a young adult $10 to cash his paycheck from a Wells Fargo account because the young adult doesn't have an account there. His EMPLOYER has an account there and the paycheck is from the EMPLOYER'S account. Wells Fargo is taking his little bit of income. I will encourage him to do direct deposit to his bank or his credit union. Not customer service friendly and certainly doesn't encourage me to want to bank with Wells Fargo.

- FJFaith JeanellieDec 23, 20191.0This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience as a customer here and this is why I will reach out to corporate office. This branch is always rushing whenever they are with a customer but take their sweet time calling you in spite of it not being busy and having multiple staff who just chats. Today, this teller Simone had such a negative attitude from the way she talks and looks at you. As a customer, this is not something I will just let myself be in time and time again. Additionally, before this teller have seen me, there were two others there who won’t even give an eye contact so they won’t have to call you. If they don’t want to be there cause it’s the start of holiday week then they should rethink their “career.” After another 15 minutes of waiting so I can change my personal information, I just left and informed my husband that we should take our business elsewhere!! Corporate office need to give a refresher course to this branch regarding customer interaction.
