When the bank tellers from back left one by one I started seeing & unfortunately experiencing a drastic shift in customer service. They’re alot slower in getting people in & out so the lines will be backed up more often than the past. Whenever I have a question about anything, their typical response is to call some BBT/Truist customer service line for help instead. They’ll often close the drive thru line before closing time which is extremely annoying!! They are slower to cash my checks compared to the helpful ladies that was there 7 years+ ago. The old crew used to be helpful & ready to immediately set up a meeting no matter how problematic the situation the customer would have. They would be willing to help but this new crew. I can’t stand them. The whole BBT to Truist recent switchover was a clusterf*-* as well for the online service but that’s more of a gripe with the whole business.
