They charge fees on pending transactions before they can post causing account to go into the negative before the transactions are able to post. Zelle transactions and cash app transactions take multiple days to post in the account even though the service should be instant and within minutes. Just a disappointment. To Prey on small businesses that are trying to grow. And in the branch they tend to people with a preferred skin tone before others. For example on two occasions I sat at the drive thru teller for over 20 minutes while Two or three cars with people who were not minorities drove up to the teller and were served immediately. Worst banking experience so far.
