Reading these comments I now see why I didn't receive any help at this branch ...customer service is really poor and the wait is long , I tried to open an account and the lady had no patience to explain ,when I started asking questions she simply said I have other people to attend to , I simply took my stuff an told her im sorry for wasting her time lol. Before I could finish packing my paperwork she already called the next person .As a potential customer I do not recommend doing n business here..

Just left the New Carrolton MD Location and my experience was terrible. One teller no one available on the banking floor to assist and when I finally got up to the window the girl was on her phone actively texting. She did not call me by name or ask which account id like to deposit into. I also had to ask how long would the hold be on my money order. I have multiple bank accounts and just opened one with Truist a few months ago due to the on line promotions. The app and atm transaction are no problem. But the customer service here needs a lot of work.

One start is to much to this bank! They are super slow and don't have enough people to attend the clients waiting time is 30 to 45 minutes to make a simple transaction.

What a joke they coulda called and told us that and not only that they counted her money wrong and took her 1,500 and they said they couldn’t do anything because they already put the money in the system the workers here really suck if your reading this bank at a different place we switching our bank immediately
