- AKAudra KramerOct 11, 20252.0I went to the bank to exchange a $20 for two rolls of quarters. The staff were very arrogant and rude and said that it was not a service that provide if you don’t have an account. The environment felt very sterile, the staff were not engaging with the “true customers”. I am new to the area and looking for a local bank, this one is not going to be a contender.
