- CMConstance mcmahonOct 30, 20252.0I actually have an appt today with someone to take care of some business. Relatively simple. Just taking my mom off the account and open up a CD. I honestly do not feel comfortable with this person handling/helping me make some financial suggestions with my money. She asked me at different times the same questions that she asked me before. She had called me 5 times yesterday confirming our appt. She asked to bring in the documents that I already gave her when I was in to see her about 2 weeks account. She repeated back what I was coming in for and it wasnt even correct. I do not feel comfortable with her handling my financial decisions. Im not trying to be nasty at all, but I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention. Perhaps she really has something going on medically? So I am canceling my appt today and will make a decision on what to do next week. I tried to call to leave a message canceling my appt, but you dont have that option. I tried calling back several times yesterday from the number she called from. The recording just says that you cant leave messages. Perhaps this person needs more training.

How am I supposed to get cash out after hours? You ought to replace a lane and insert a DRIVE UP ATM. NO ONE WANTS TO GET OFF TO DEPOSIT MONEY.
