If I could leave a zero star review, I would! I was a client of this financial institution for many years and transitioned to Truist from BB&T. I used to love this bank, however, in March 2023, Sondra Clingerman, illegally accessed my account information and provided it to my ex-husband and law enforcement. When I learned of this illegal activity (May 2023), I responded to the bank to file an official complaint with Brant Bush, the Branch Manager. I was told that Brant Bush was on vacation and the teller scheduled an appointment with him the following week. Sondra Clingerman was working that day and knew why I was scheduling an appointment so she then solicited a co-worker to file a false report with the bank, attempting to get me into trouble. When I finally met with Brant Bush, he advised that there was already a complaint (but left out that it was towards me) and that he would add my information in the complaint. Bush later told law enforcement that he never added the information and once I received a copy of the bank's internal investigation, I learned that Sondra Clingerman and co-worker, Jessica Braithwaite lied to investigators and that their false claims against me were unfounded. I attempted to resolve this matter with corporate, who refused to speak with me and stated that the matter was closed and that I was not entitled to the results (even though I already obtained them from the police). I find it extremely convenient that ALL employees who had a part in this are no longer with the bank with the exception of Sondra Clingerman, who was given the position of Branch Manager. Sadly, after many years, I have removed all my accounts from this bank.

This Branch needs a corporate review and corporate oversight. If I had any responsibility from a corporate supervisory role I would see to it that Management at this branch received basic training in customer service, communication skills, and basic digital fluency.
Specifically, there is an employee here at this Branch named Greg. Greg brings his unique style to customer service. He speaks in a condescending and judgmental tone, loudly dismissing the needs of customers and talking over top of legitimate concerns. When issues still remained unresolved Greg seems to think the pejorative remarks substitute for common professionalism. Greg failed, on multiple occasions, to provide any fundamental explanations for discrepancies between the banks app services, online banking, and what he apparently sees on his desktop computer. The nature of this bank’s customer service borders on predatory.
I would wholly deter anyone seeking new accounts in the region from choosing this bank for personal or commercial banking.

This bank makes it hard to do banking in general... Even before you walk into the building. Their coin change machine breaks all the time and they nickel and dime you for their junk that breaks. This bank is also very understaffed - if you expect me to wait and then pay other unessicary fees then why go here?? All I see is just another bank that is owned by a greedy corporation that doesn't give a damn about their customers.
