If I had any responsibility from a corporate supervisory role I would see to it that Management at this branch received basic training in customer service, communication skills, and basic digital fluency. Specifically, there is an employee here at this Branch named Greg. Greg brings his unique style to customer service. He speaks in a condescending and judgmental tone, loudly dismissing the needs of customers and talking over top of legitimate concerns. When issues still remained unresolved Greg seems to think the pejorative remarks substitute for common professionalism. Greg failed, on multiple occasions, to provide any fundamental explanations for discrepancies between the banks app services, online banking, and what he apparently sees on his desktop computer. The nature of this bank’s customer service borders on predatory. I would wholly deter anyone seeking new accounts in the region from choosing this bank for personal or commercial banking.

Their coin change machine breaks all the time and they nickel and dime you for their junk that breaks. This bank is also very understaffed - if you expect me to wait and then pay other unessicary fees then why go here?? All I see is just another bank that is owned by a greedy corporation that doesn't give a damn about their customers.
