This branch has the worst customer service of all banks I've ever been to. I've called and tried to schedule an appointment online & was not successful because the reasoning behind my appointment was not listed. Every time I chose an alternative it routed me to the online app or the call center rep who just keeps forwarding me back to the branch phone. I went in the branch physically to speak with a banker and no one was available for over an hour.

Drive through is terrible. The lady doesn’t know what she is doing. I was on drive through for 35 mins.

It has been extremely frustrating trying to resolve this issue, as no one answers the phone, including the manager. This lack of responsiveness makes it incredibly difficult for clients to communicate and address their concerns efficiently.
