I've called and tried to schedule an appointment online & was not successful because the reasoning behind my appointment was not listed. Every time I chose an alternative it routed me to the online app or the call center rep who just keeps forwarding me back to the branch phone. I went in the branch physically to speak with a banker and no one was available for over an hour.

The same issue at Bank of America had taken about 5 minutes to resolve yesterday. Staff lurking around and chatting. Asked us to wait to be seen. There were no other customers waiting at the lobby other than us. At 10.05 am, Mr. Antonio (a banker) asked us to wait for 15-20 more minutes and he just walked away. Finally, Mr. Aguilar helped us who was courteous and very helpful. We walked out of the branch at 10:36 am. Overall, the worst service we have ever seen at any banks. Don’t bank with Wells Fargo Laurel, MD branch. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Frustrating!
