    It said press 3 for English. That was a joke. Lady spoke almost no English. How is this fair to me . Could not understand anything. Everything had to be repeated 3 to 4 times . WHAT A JOKE

    This Citibank is always clean. The tellers are awesome, welcoming and very friendly. They treat you with respect and pay attention to your banking needs. As if it was not enough, this branch has an amazing personal banker. Laurence is the type of banker you want to deal with. He is knowledgeable, on point and always go an extra mile to make sure you get out of that branch completely satisfied. He is very polite, very respectful and very helpful, qualities that are rare in today’s business. Laurence knows the bank products and will recommend appropriately what is good for your personal or business banking. I have confidence in this great team and if you are looking for a bank, look no more. This is it
