- MAMichelle AndrewsNov 1, 20251.0I experienced the worst customer service ever at the Largo location. Three tellers were visible. One appeared to be relieving another (possible break), there was only me in the bank line. As the customer at the teller window finished her business and exited, the three female tellers observed me waiting. They were engaged in conversation and ignored me. After a couple of minutes waiting, I expected to be addressed. Foolish me. The two who appeared to be in conversation (1 relieving the other), the 3rd teller (with a window), got up and walked off, like I wasn’t there, without a word. I’m so disgusted with the attitudes of these supposed professionals! After continuing to wait, and not being helped, I exited the establishment. I will not be going back. This branch has very rude, unprofessional bank personnel.

Instead of assisting me, the teller told me to go to another bank. When I followed those instructions, the other bank sent me back — and your branch was then able to deposit the check with no issue. This situation made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly judged. The other bank treated me as if I was doing something fraudulent, which I was not. As a Black woman, I felt profiled and misunderstood when I was simply trying to make a deposit. I’m sharing this because I believe in fairness and respectful customer service, and I hope this can be used as an opportunity for better training and understanding among staff. I won’t be returning to this location
