Who wants to bank at an institution with a 2.2 rating? We were searching for a local bank to open a new account, and at first, I was stunned by the dismal reviews — surely they had to be wrong. When we walked in, the space was open and comfortable, but something felt off. Long lines. Excessive wait times just to speak with someone. Staff who barely acknowledged customers. Then it hit me: this branch is mismanaged. Leadership isn’t doing what it takes to run a branch efficiently. There’s no cross-training, no effort to show appreciation for customers, and absolutely no respect for people’s time. Giving this bank my business would’ve meant signing up for inconvenience, frustration, and unnecessary stress. We walked out and continued our search elsewhere.

I’ve been banking here for years and it’s the same. Good and bad. Slow most of the time. The drive thru is the worst. I’ve tried a set up accounts, and have waited for calls from them that never happen. I think it’s time to switch banks. They won’t miss me.
