As a small business owner, I needed to transfer funds quickly to another account to pay bills, and I was PROFILED and JUDGED. Very bad service at this branch. I will be calling corporate in the morning to complain about this experience. Very sad to see this treatment in such a diverse place like the DMV. They need new management quickly.

She transferred me to one of the associates named Gilles he was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns on time. He was professional, kind, and even apologized for the short waiting time, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service!

I didn’t have the money ($25) at first to open up an account but then I made sure to come back with the deposit, since she was so friendly. Overall, I left feeling good about my decision in choosing this bank and got all good vibes from the teller and establishment!
