They are all nice when you sign up and come in, but EVERY single time I call they always have to take a message for someone to call back and no one never does. Its ridiculous. They are not that busy and its extremely rude. I will call another bank next time. Won't give them that opportunity NOT to call me back again.

Also personal conversations at counter with patrons like there is not a thing going on in the world. Never again, been here almost 45 mins and same conversation still going on between patrons.
- JHJudy HigginbothamAug 2, 20191.0Just stopped and went in to do some banking. One clerk at window and one at drive thru. One person at counter and then me. Counter clerk had no sense of urgency about her. She was too busy discussing her clogged drains and how using drain snakes or the way nothing else would work. The gentleman at the counter turned, looked at me, turned back and went back to discussing her drain problems. She spoke slowly and after seeing she could care less if someone else was in line, I left. I have NEVER had that kind of experience with Wells Fargo before. I would still be standing there or gotten VERY aggravated and asked if the drive thru clerk could help me. Wouldn't happen at our Walls Fargo. Clerk would be searching for another job. She needs to be trained in good fast customer service and you need other counter help.
