Branch Manager Tyke Manalo sets a tone that goes above and beyond. They will make your day.

He dropped what he was doing; showed me how to resolve my problem; then got on the phone and resolved for me. I am not a high dollor customer, but was treated as if I was. Just great customer service; and it is appreciated.

I waited 30mins on the line , no real resolution other than wait until we clear the atm. Meanwhile the payments that where set up are acquiring overdraft fees... leaving BBT as this is the end of the rope for me
