Worst Bank in Kensington, I stopped yesterday and the lady mistreated me and was rude, I didn't understand at the beginning and she sent my check back and didn't wanted to talk to me. I have been with the bank for almost 30 years and I feel sad with the way she treated me. Mrs Stephanie was rude to me. Prior to this incident I had an emergency with my debit card. In Olney they told me to go to a branch that had the machine to reset the card. In Kensington they were the only ones with the machine working at the time. The manager told me he couldn't help me that day, and I had to do it another day, but I had to pay rent that particular day. He told me he could help me another day and he was very rude, i will do everything to transfer my account to another bank. I would recommend to save your time and use another bank. Due to there customer service it is surprising that they are still in business.

So my bank is out of area and this location has always nice and caring staff as I usually need to change cash for quarters for laundry. I've never had an issue about just getting quarters. They really are a caring local bank.
