- RTRick TMar 2, 20241.0This particular branch is the worst branch you can go, always packed, lack of tellers, very slow workers making the long-lines not moving, and making everyone very uncomfortable… already complained many times to Capital One headquarters but no solution ever came, if you are in a rush just do not even try the Kensington branch.

I forgot my checkbook at home, so I went to the Kensington branch and ask for a temporary check. I was told that Capital one does no longer provide temporary checks. This is rediculous because if I open a new checking account the bank will give temporary check while your real checks arrive at your home. Not happy at all and will probably not recommend Capital One bank to my friends and family. I have personally been a customer for several decades (when it was Chevy Chase bank.) The staff was polite and professional but the banks new policy it's rediculous...and will consider going to another bank.
