Today, I chose to visit this establishment, and the bank teller, Fred, was so delightful that I felt compelled to write a review. It seems he may not have believed me. I awarded him 5 stars because he was simply performing his duties, and I was already having a rough day, which I should not have directed towards him. Fred, I sincerely apologize for my unpleasant demeanor; you did nothing wrong except fulfill the responsibilities assigned to you. I hope this review reaches you, and I plan to return to this establishment with a more positive attitude.

Although I have outgrown Truist and will be closing my account based on extremely poor customer service from the customer service representatives you call...I had a issue that eight Truist representatives couldn't resolve..so I had to go in person...Mr. Frederick Kum Sr Relationship Banker was professional and apologetic of my horrific experiences. He resolved a situation in one day that eight Truist representatives couldn't...If you must bank with Truist...you must deal with Frederick Kum...anyone else...you're gambling...

Very rude customer service . They allowed a man that was seated in the waiting area to jump the line and cut in front of everyone . I think that’s extremely rude seeing as they only have two tellers as it is and there’s an extremely long line .

The ATM is drive through only, and almost never takes deposits for some reason. The other drive through lines are almost always closed. The lobby is rarely open. So, if you need to get cash from the ATM - thats about all you can do here.
When the lobby IS open, the people are lovely and helpful. I wish they were better staffed and hope they get some help soon!

I visited this suntrust today and I was waiting in line for the drive thru and once I pulled up the sign said open in green letters for the drive thru line. I need to get money that’s over the ATM daily limit and they closed on me while I was waiting in line 5 cars for the ATM side passed me up and then finally the last person was finished on the drive thru side and then they decided to close once it was my turn to be assisted. They absolutely observed me waiting in line. This isn’t the first time I am having issues with this location. Sadly this is the closest one with a drive thru to my home. So I have to put up with this terrible customer service. I am just going to leave this banking company it’s always a disappointing drive back home. I am sure at Chase this wouldn’t happen it also happen to take forever to activate my debit card. I couldn’t activate my card today with my suntrust app. Which is a sad case we are in 2020 now. Chase has the feature by the way.
Done.
