- LJLauren Jefferson6 days ago3.0Mr Kum was so nice and professional. We had to go sit with him at the desk. His female counterpart next to him just got up and went to talk to the tellers telling them her stories from home and there was a customer in the lobby waiting. She obviously didn't care about customer time and the only teller that was nice was the Hispanic on 1/6/26 9:43 am.

I awarded him 5 stars because he was simply performing his duties, and I was already having a rough day, which I should not have directed towards him. Fred, I sincerely apologize for my unpleasant demeanor; you did nothing wrong except fulfill the responsibilities assigned to you. I hope this review reaches you, and I plan to return to this establishment with a more positive attitude.

He resolved a situation in one day that eight Truist representatives couldn't...If you must bank with Truist...you must deal with Frederick Kum...anyone else...you're gambling...
