- SBShipon BaruaNov 29, 20251.0Yes I agree with other comments that we should not visit this branch and waste time. Rating is Saying that too..!! They are not professionals and egoistic..! And they don’t answer what you ask , they will keep saying what they want to say. I am leaving some comments here - 1. When banker is done with clients then call next clients by their name . When you say who is “ next appointee “ then how the client knows who is next . Because there are other people in the lobby. 2. When client say they have appointments with Jennifer then banker must respond that yes I’m here Jennifer. Then proceed.. 3. When clients ask that “ is it possible if I email the Buasiness document and can you print “ then say yes or no. Don’t just keep saying “ you have to bring the documents “ Clients keep asking the same questions but you are not giving the answer accordingly. It’s simple to say Yes it No. No need to give alternative answer. It seems like they have a big problem answering client questions. Other TD bank locations accept the business documents by email and they print them. Here they said no. TD bankers are Very unprofessional banker if compare with other bank . Note - And I already opened the account with in another branch. ( no needed bring the LLC documents , just simply emailed them and the banker print it out and they set the account and merchant too)

Everything you would want to encounter as you embark on a journey. Also, the security guard working that day was exceptional. Great staff. Super helpful! It was an A1 experience!
