  Worst bank ever! We submitted a death certificate to close out a loved one's account an entire year ago and it was never done. The fraud department cancelled my father's debit card and never issued him a replacement one after he called twice to request it. My father attempted to add us to his account since he's elderly and is a widow. After being in the branch for an hour and having to come back with a SSN card (???), they still were unable to add us to the account or issue him a new debit card or checks. We were told it was a system issue. I called back 2 days later to see if it was resolved only to be told we need to come into the branch again to repeat the entire process. Do not bank here - this company clearly does not respect or value it's customers.

  Hello, I would like to acknowledge this location of Citi Bank,. The customer service, from the employees is very kind, timely and accurate. The bank manager took the time during My transaction, to attend.. to some questions that I had,. Also took the time from his busy schedule to offer Hydration for Myself on ..My way out. In these times of customer service not really having the time to pay attention or be attentive, To what we see as the need for, the customer's. It is Wonderful to, see that this Citi Bank has and does take the time. It, definitely Makes a "WORLD" of difference. " Thank You" for Caring 💯
