    Deposit money at the auto atm before bank opening, and, the atm would not give the card back. I pressed possible buttons for return or cancel, but I was unable to get my card back. Went back to the bank after bank opening, and they said that they could not retrieve the card from the machine and I have to order a new one. This bank 's policies are bad for business and terrible for customer service and satisfaction.

    Slow service, inconvenient hours, unfriendly customer policies, and just all around lousy bank. If we didn't have debt with them, we'd leave immediately.
